Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–8 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging

  • Carrier pickup preparation

During high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Please note: Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not shorten processing time.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated transit times:

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate before submitting an order.

RobFrank.com is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RobFrank.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

RobFrank.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel shipments to certain addresses, regions, or countries at our discretion.
