Refund policy
Returns & Store Credit Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return, please contact us at robfranksports@robfrank.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Store Credit Only
We do not issue refunds. Approved returns are eligible for online store credit only.
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued electronically and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at robfranksports@robfrank.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
